The best location. HOWEVER beware of what room you book. We booked and paid for a superior room garden side but on arrival we were given a standard room. When we queried this we were told that our room (E1) and E2 was advertised incorrectly on booking.com and not to complain to booking.com. we did complain. The standard room was basic but did the job but we just didnt appreciate paying more for the advertised room when they knew it was the incorrect. Luckily booking.com did help us out. Ooh and you have to try to catch the cleaning staff on their rounds as they do like to miss out rooms.

Amazing beach front villa with stunning views on the sea. The beach was right on our door step. Quiet cosy rooms with everything you need. Clean and comfortable.the bathroom had a huge free standing bath with the most amazing views of the sea and beach. The hotel had a lovely restaurant with live music and fire shows. The staff couldn't do enough for you and always on hand if you needed anything. Lovely surfy beach vibe resort. Within close walking distance to shops and restaurants. I would highly recommend Omers for good fresh home cooked food. We would definitely go back.

Beach side bungalow row 4 was still super close to the beach and pool area. Room was good for the price with all facilities expected, free bottle of water and clean towels daily. Pool was cleaned regularly and was never too busy. Restaurant served really good Thai food and the staff were super friendly. Live band played on the Friday or Saturday night and there was the best fire show we saw in ko lanta on the Sunday evening. Khlong nin was the perfect location to sight see the island and we also met some lovely people at the resort and in the nearby restaurants!

Good size rooms with hot water shower. Liked that we had table and chairs outside to enjoy the view. Good size pool with sun loungers and plenty of seating in the restaurant area. We were a bit dubious after reading some reviews but really enjoyed our stay. We stayed for 5 nights and had 3 rooms in total. One room did smell on the first day from the toilet but staff sorted it out straight away. Lovely beach access from the resort and lots of nice bars and restaurants along the Beachfront to enjoy sunset.

We absolutely loved this place! We travelled around Thailand for a month and stayed in 12 hotels. This was by far our cheapest stay so we were sceptical… but the cute little bungalows were just what we needed, yes it was dated, but it was clean, mosquito free, comfortable and very charming. We had one of the older bungalows towards the back, but everything was fine and the A/C was fantastic. The staff were friendly and the breakfast was good!
